Spirulina has been consumed for centuries by different cultures around the world. The oldest known sources of Spirulina use date back to the ancient Aztec empire in Mexico, where it was harvested from lakes and used as a food source.

Spirulina grows naturally in alkaline lakes and warm tropical waters. Today, Spirulina is grown commercially in special ponds and tanks around the world, especially in countries with warm climates such as Mexico, Thailand, India and Hawaii.

In ancient civilizations such as the Aztecs, Spirulina was harvested from lakes and used as a nutritious food source. It was dried and made into flat cakes that were eaten as food or added to drinks.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We work with an automated system and therefore we can no longer cancel or change paid orders. If you have changed your mind about your order, it is possible to refuse your package at the door, after which your order will be returned to us.
It is of course also possible to exchange or return the order you have received within 14 days, provided the product has not been opened or damaged. The confirmation email is the return receipt, so don't forget to include it with the box.
It is also possible to return an order by post. Ask our customer service for the return address.
When the return package has been received and the reason for the return is unclear, we will contact you so that you can confirm the return.
It takes on average 3 to 5 working days before you can receive the amount. If you have chosen PayPal, it may take up to 15 working days before the amount is visible. Any return costs are at your own expense.

If a package is refused, or is not collected at a “Pakjegemak” point, the full purchase amount will be refunded minus €5 return costs (€6 return costs
in Belgium).

RETURNS

The costs of a return shipment in the Netherlands are €6.00. The costs for a return shipment from Belgium are €7.00.

No return costs will be charged for the following exceptions*:

You have received a different product than you ordered

The product you ordered was received broken

You must contact customer service for a return exception.

If you do not have a printer yourself, you can choose to return your package with DHL. In this case you do not need a printer.

INVOICE

Yes, send our customer service an email requesting a VAT invoice. You will then receive the invoice by email within a few working days.
