  • 2.5 grams of Spirulina powder
  • 200 grams white or cannellini beans (drained)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • ½ tablespoon coconut oil

And of course 4 small multi-grain rolls

Would you really like to make this recipe completely vegan? Then replace the egg with a chia egg.
