Pasta Pesto Spirulina with burrata.
This recipe is perfect for a family with children who don't get enough nutrients! In addition, the color blue-green also makes it more interesting for children! Our Spirulina makes the dish healthier without leaving a bad taste. Highly recommended!
What do you need?
- 300 gr. Pasta
- 100 gr. Pesto
- 250 gr. Cooking cream
- 1 tablespoon Spirulina
- 1 Burrata
- 2 Onions
- Pepper and salt
How are you?
- Cook the pasta according to the preparation method on the package.
- Chop the onions and fry gently in a separate pan. Make sure the pan is large enough for the entire dish.
- When the onion is translucent, the pesto and cooking cream can be added. Stir until combined and let it simmer for a while.
- Drain the pasta.
- Add the pasta to the sauce and let it simmer briefly. This will thicken the sauce and make the flavor even more intense!
- Let the pasta and sauce cool briefly and add the Spirulina.
- Top the dish with a quarter of Burrata and of course some salt and pepper.
