Spirulina, avocado and banana smoothie

Ingredients

For 1 smoothie

  • 150 ml plant-based milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 teaspoons with spirulina powder.
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 teaspoon of bookbinding honey  of maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Use the pit with the avocado, the banana and the snijd both in pieces.
