Ingredients
- 45 grams of oatmeal
- 80 grams of plant-based yogurt
- 160 ml plant-based milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 60 grams of blueberries
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon grated coconut flakes
- 30 grams of Spirulina
How are you?
- Mix the plant-based milk with the oatmeal, cinnamon and Spirulina.
- Add the chia seeds and mix well again.
- Pour the mixture into a glass.
- Leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
- Top it off next with the yogurt, blueberries and grated coconut flakes
