Ingredients

  • 45 grams of oatmeal
  • 80 grams of plant-based yogurt
  • 160 ml plant-based milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 60 grams of blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon grated coconut flakes
  • 30 grams of Spirulina

How are you?

  1. Mix the plant-based milk with the oatmeal, cinnamon and Spirulina.
  2. Add the chia seeds and mix well again.
  3. Pour the mixture into a glass.
  4. Leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
  5. Top it off next with the yogurt, blueberries and grated coconut flakes
