Ingredients
- 45 gram havermout
- 80 grams plant-based yogurt
- 160 ml plant-based milk
- 1 teaspoon chiazaad
- 60 grams of blue bread
- 1 teaspoon of chicken
- 1 teaspoon of grated coconut cake
- 30 grams of spirulina
How do you do it?
- Mix the plant-based milk with the havermout, cane and spirulina.
