Spirulina-Haferflocken für die Nacht

Ingredients

  • 45 gram havermout
  • 80 grams plant-based yogurt
  • 160 ml plant-based milk
  • 1 teaspoon chiazaad
  • 60 grams of blue bread
  • 1 teaspoon of chicken
  • 1 teaspoon of grated coconut cake
  • 30 grams of spirulina

How do you do it?

  1. Mix the plant-based milk with the havermout, cane and spirulina.
