Spirulina Soup

Spirulina Soup.

Pamper your taste buds while your body benefits from the nutrients this age-old superfood has to offer.

What do you need?

  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 potato
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (can also be used with coconut oil)
  • 1 bunch of fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon Spirulina
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • Black pepper
  • How are you?

    1. Heat the oil over medium heat.
    2. Add the onions to the pan.
    3. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until translucent.
    4. Add the garlic, zucchini, potato and vegetable stock.
    5. Bring the soup to a boil and cook until the vegetables are soft. Add more water if necessary.
    6. Add the chopped basil and remove the pan from the heat.
    7. Place the soup in a blender.
    8. Season the soup with black pepper.
    9. Finally, add the Spirulina and mix it!
