How are you?
- Heat the oil over medium heat.
- Add the onions to the pan.
- Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until translucent.
- Add the garlic, zucchini, potato and vegetable stock.
- Bring the soup to a boil and cook until the vegetables are soft. Add more water if necessary.
- Add the chopped basil and remove the pan from the heat.
- Place the soup in a blender.
- Season the soup with black pepper.
- Finally, add the Spirulina and mix it!
